Need an enclosed stand for Large amp!

Hi folks, I'm looking for a stand for a 50" plasma, that can take a amp 44.5 cms deep and 22 cms high, plus a Sky HD box and Blu ray Player. The stand also needs to accomodate the centre channel speaker (a B&W 6 series) either on top or inside. I have been struggling to say the least.

The stand must be enclosed (due to young ones). Any ideas?!

Re: Need an enclosed stand for Large amp!

Mee too.. was just about to post the same question.. er in doors doesnt want everything on show!!!!

I am wall mounting the 42" plasma, but want a wide low profile unit with mesh covered doors, so remote will still work...

I cant however justify an expense of more than say £200.. just cos it has "av furniture" in front of it seems to give then the right to hike the price up...

Re: Need an enclosed stand for Large amp!

Yes, some of these stands are not cheap! I would like my plasma on the wall, but I have dry lined walls. I think it would take the house down!

Want to be able to use the remote too, so glass fronts would be useful.

Depending on the size of your amp, ikea have possiblities, just a bit too small for me. In gloss black too... not sure about 200 quid though!
