Ateca Bordeaux / TV Bench

Yet another "what tv cabinet" post.

I want a cabinet to hold (size WxDxH):
PS3 (32.5 x 28 x 10)
htpc (43 x 43 x 17)
sky box (36 x 23 x 6.5)
amp (43 x 27 x 16)

TV is a 40" samsung lcd.

I prefer wood finish of some sort, rather than metal and don't want doors on the front so remotes etc will work.

All I can find is the ateca bordeaux Ateca Bordeaux TV Stand up to 50" in Oak :: TV Accessories :: Electronics :: Paysan ~ Lifestyle Shopping For The Home & Garden

and the alphason FW 1100 Alphason | Finewoods Series - Model: FW1100-LO/B

The alphason is actually a bit too shallow for the htpc, so I'd end up hacking the back of it out a bit, which obviously isn't great.

The ateca I like, but the equipment is going to fill the shelves, a centimetre here and there spare but thats all - will this look naff ?

Are there any other light wood bench/cabinets that are along the same lines ?

Im not worried if its quite long, but don't want to go less than say 35cm high.

Considered the above and this one.

Vistron 3-Tier Glass TV Stand For 42" to 60" screens Clear Glass and Chrome Finish - Ebuyer

The ateca is the wider of the wooden ones. Looking at pictures of it with gear on on the xbox forum, you can still fit an xbox and a skyhd side by side on the bottom shelf.

The ateca is deeper. Ended up going for the alphason, at av4home. I like the rounded top glass. The ateca can be had for less than €200 if you google.fr and live in France

I doubt the Alphason FW1100 can be had any cheaper. Only available in the UK as far as I can see. Each to their own

The glass on the Ateca is smoked brown. Interesting feature.

Re: Ateca Bordeaux / TV Bench

I have the ateca and its a lovely stand.

Whilst the measurements of the ateca seem to only leave 1cm or 2cm above the top of the amp- there is another couple above that before the glass top, its just the black metal edge drops down a little.
