Some help needed with AV rack,if possible:)

Hi all,

I'll soon be getting a Pansonic 42TH-PZ80.This will sit on a chest of drawers unit approx 3 foot off the ground.
My aim is to put my Av equipment in some sort of unit/cabinet on the same chest of drawers next to it(yes, its a very long unit!).
I would have an av amp,Dvd player,HD Dvd Player,Playstation 3 and x Box 360 to stack.
I know most units are designed to sit on the floor, but this sadly isn't an option for me,so could anyone suggest anything that would look neat and be quite safe at that height?
Cheers!
