Cantilever Stand for 42PX60 Cab and Soundbar?

I have the 42 inch Panny in the Viera cabinet and am thinking of dispensing with the 5.1 and getting a Yamaha 30-D soundbar (I know, but it is a toddler-forced decision). Anyway, I need a stand for the Panny, Yamaha, Sky Box and a DVD player, and was thinking of a centilever stand with the soundbar beneath the TV.

Alternatively I could use a pedestal, but they cost about £130, so seems like a lot compared to the value of the 2.5 year old TV!

Any recommendations for a stand, and how easy is it to fit the TV to the cantilever?

Any advice welcome. If it works out there will shortly be a Viera stand, Pioneer receiver and 5.1 Tannoy speakers going begging.
