Some help choosing a stand!

At the moment I've got an old grotty corner unit that's missing some shelf supports and really needs changed. I plan on buying a Plasma or LCD at some point this year but currently have a 28" CRT, Sky+, my Xbox 360 and most likely a DD sound amp to be purchased soon as well.

I can't seem to find something that will give me enough space for all this and possibly an upscaling DVD player at some point that will support my CRT until i replace it with said HDTV that doesn't cost the earth! Ideally something with 4 shelves, enough space for cabling etc to keep tidy and something that's not too high off the ground. Colour isn't hugely important but somethiung in a lighter wood shade and not white. Anyone got any ideas? Something close to £50 would be ideal!
