What houses your Onkyo 805?

:help:

Looking for something to house:

Onkyo 805
Sky
PS3
EP35
Aego T centre speaker.

My setup at the moment is an open glass half-moon two-level stand/table setup like this (scale not my strongest point ) :

Each of the two levels have an internal height of 210mm. This is a perfect size for the Onkyo and the speaker which are both about 200mm in height.

I'm changing the 40in for a 46in and wall mounting it. So, I'm looking for a unit to go against the wall under the LCD. The half-moon shape is no good for this.

If I can find something that the Onkyo will fit into, everything else will fit too but can't see anything with an internal shelf height of at least 210mm.

What's your Onkyo in?

Cheers.

Re: What houses your Onkyo 805?

Morning,

I have one of these. Last time I checked they were about £350. You may have to let the bottom shelf sit on the floor directly due to the height of the amp. It's very sturdy and looks the part too IMO.

Re: What houses your Onkyo 805?

Went for this one in the end.

Turns out there is 10mm at the front allowed for and also a channel at the back for the wiring. The centre panel is cloth for the centre speaker (perfect for the upright Aego T. Left and Right panel are glass so good for the remote control. Also has built in cooling.

I bought this in Ireland, where I'm from. Was cheaper than in the UK. I got back on to Sanus this morning asking who their distributor is in the UK and they said to contact http://www.alphasondesigns.com/
