Panasonic SC-HTR200 3.1ch rack theater, anyone got/tried one??

guys,

Am in the market for a new stand and possibly new home cinema/blu ray player when i stumbled across this system does anyone have one or tried one out.
it is to go with my Panny 42PZ70

looking at one of these myself, i know they're being replaced in a few months but has anyone got any views/reveiws of this stand with speakers?
