Wall mounting a SAMSUNG LE32R86

Hi! I own a SAMSUNG LE32R86 tv and i'm thinking of getting a wall mount. The only issue is that because of the furniture placement in my living room the most appropriate would be a tilt and swivel stand. The only one under 100euros i've found is the Lunar 3 by OMB (link1: http://www.ombitaly.it/english.htm & link 2: http://www.emmoni.gr/index.php?co=pr...82&prod_id=434).

My only concern is that although the Sammy weighs around 13kg and the Lunar 3 can stand up to 30kg, will it hold when it is fully expanded? It adds some moment to it, doesn't it? Any suggestions will be most helpful!

Thanx!

PS: The bracket will be mounted on a thick, brick wall.

I don't know whether you are quoting in Euros as you don't live in the UK but I have just mounted a TX-26LXD70 using a Vogels VFW332. TO start with I was unsure of the mount and whether it would be strong enough to cope with the weight when fully extended.

I was mounting mine on a gable end wall which has plasterboard, then a 2 cm gap then breezeblock and used the mounting and plugs provided.

I found the construction very solid, the install instructions very easy and the mounting painless although to mount it in the right place I had to have help as I put the mount onto the TV and then lifted the tv to the wall in the right position so I could mark the location correctly for the fixing arm.

Anyway, I can post pix if you want, just ask, but the reason for posting is that at present Costco are doing the Vogels for a stupid price and then 20% off until the 13th April.

This meant the cost of the 332 was £46 inclusive of VAT. Martin Dawes price was £90 for the same bracket. This bracket will mount up to 32 in tv and if the weight you are quoting is correct it will cope with this on a solid brick wall as specified in their instructions.

IR.

Hi. We have this bracket http://www.m-formonline.co.uk/index....mart&Itemid=26 which is GS/TUV rated to 30Kgs which means it has been tested in an independent testing house at full use (fully articulated) to 3 times that weight. The factor to be more concerned about is the wall fixings as these are more likely to be an issue fully loaded than the bracket. Try these for solid wall http://www.m-formonline.co.uk/index....mart&Itemid=26.

This bracket will fit your Samsung which is 200x200 VESA I believe.

Best Regards
