What height of unit for 37" Plasma?

What height of unit for 37" Plasma?
At the moment I have a 32" LCD and am hoping to get a 37" Plasma so not sure whether the TV cabinet I have will be too high?

What would be the best height to get? I will be watching the TV from a lying position on the sofa.
