Looking for an AV rack (noob help plz)

Hey guys.

I am doing a COMPLETE overhaul of my bedroom at the moment (living with parents)

I need an AV stand that can take a heavy Onkyo amp on the bottom shelf, and a ps3\360 etc on the higher shelves.

I plan to put the rack in the corner of the room, next to my wall mounted 46" hdtv lcd (KDL-46X2000)

I don't want one that is too wide or high (no more than ~40 inches high)

I would like one that is modern looking, brushed aluminium\glass etc with black metal if possible?

Budget is unknown, maybe £200-300? I want a decent one that will last me.

Thanks for any help, I am trawling google and the forums at the moment, looking for info

this looks nice, but if I get this amp:

http://www.superfi.co.uk/index.cfm/p...roduct_ID/3370

it only leaves about 3-4cm breathing room on the bottom shelf.

Will that be sufficient?
