We have orderd a new 40" lcd tv which we are going to mount on our wall in the lounge..as we have little ones who are into everything I am trying to work out how to 'house' the sky box and the ps3 (comes with the telly so are using it as a dvd player also)....I need to do it cheaply, but don't want to buy a cheap piece of furniture (false economy, I have lost count of the amount of furniture that has ended up tipped within a couple of years from my house)
Anyway, we are wall mounting the telly (as the girls will definitely be all over it if we were to just put it on a table or something) so I thought maybe dh could put up a couple of shelves somehow for the ps3/sky box, they will obviously have leads that need to be incorporated somehow as well..
dh isn't the best diy'er but isn't bad when he sets his mind to something (and he will have more of an interest in this as it involves his ps3 lol and not a kitchen cupboard or something!!)
Any ideas welcome....sorry if I have waffled on, I have had a look for previous posts but am new and find it hard to find what I am looking for
