Will I regret getting a cheaper stand?

I'm getting a new Panasonic 37" plasma (pedestal version) after Christmas and am thinking of buying a £100 Optimum TV900 stand for it (see here for details).

I've never bought a third-party AV stand before so will I regret not going more up-market? My kit isn't that high end - I have a Yamaha DSP-AX620 amp, a Topfield TF5800 PVR, an £80 Toshiba DVD player, a PS2 and a centre speaker to put on it.

Re: Will I regret getting a cheaper stand?

What you have to be careful of is the workable measurment. IE the space between the rear legs and depth also. From a quick look i think you might struggle a bit to get all your bits in/on without them looking a bit cramped.

Re: Will I regret getting a cheaper stand?

Good point - I'd better go and measure up. Fortunately that site has a proper plan view of the stand with measurements, which is very handy.
