Ok..where do I start..?

I have been asked by a local telcomms company to build a demo wall in there demo room. They want it to cover the whole wall at one end and is to house a 60 inch plasma and underneath, demo telephone systems etc on a floating surf board shape glass shelf (still with me??). Now, I am a dryliner and can build the frame out of metal or timber BUT... they want it to look like the same material the phones are made of.. ( the carbon plasticy tv surround feely stuff!!! ) The wall curves in the middle and will look really nice once it is done..but...can anyone recommend someone I can talk to about getting this made or where I could get materials from?
