Question Vogel eff1140 distinct lean

Finally received one of these stands, but when TV is mounted there is a distinct forward lean on the TV. Is there any way to adjust this? There are some spacers supplied, but I am not at all keen on using them on the bottom as the screw doesn't go in very far. I also think the metal brackets would bend. Can't see any way of correcting it otherwise. Surely others don't live with a leaning TV?

Re: Vogel eff1140 distinct lean

hi,

I have a similar problem, I believe it is due to the threading on the aluminium length of the stand (where the base screws bolt into it) becoming "unthreaded" due to the soft nature of the aluminium. Have you had any luck sorting out yours?

thanks
Erwyn
