who to purchase from Avwow or av4home?

After lots of searching for a suitable LCD stand with support for my Hitachi 32LD7200 I have decided on the Alphason AG94/2-B and have found it for £215.00 incl del on two sites www.av4home.co.uk and www.avwow.com.

I have not used either of these suppliers before and wondered if anyone could recommend which is the best one to use from previous experience.

Thanks

Martin.

Re: who to purchase from Avwow or av4home?

Took the plunge and ordered the stand from av4home as they were very helpful answering my questions by email before ordering the stand, as I wanted to make sure it would fit OK as Hitachi LCD's do not have standard VESA mountings.

Re: who to purchase from Avwow or av4home?

Have had good service so far from av4home so can recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an LCD stand from their site. The order I placed yesterday at around 3.30pm arrived this morning! and delivery is free on orders over £200 so did not have to pay any extra for next day delivery.

I rarely subscribe to electronic forums, but was so impressed with the recent experience we had with AV4Home, I felt I had to post something. We usually order from "the big guys" (John Lewis etc), but AV4Home really restored our faith in smaller operators with their bespoke, professional, efficient and friendly service. We ordered an Audinni AU102 Oak Corner TV unit, a really beautiful piece of furniture, after failing to find anything but boring old units elsewhere. Not only was it cheapest at AV4Home, but when we rang for some advice they spent time answering our daft questions about size, shelving etc. In addition, their specialist delivery unit delivered the item a few days later, even working around the couple of hours we were in the house. Avwow may be fine too, but I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever recommending AV4Home.
