I've got a Samsung 40" R74BDX LCD TV, a Yamaha RX-V359 AV Receiver and will also need space for a HD-DVD player and possibly a V+ box.

It needs to be beech-effect with glass shelving.

Would you recommend this unit? It seems quite expensive to me at £200 and I've seen them on other sites for nearly £300.

If somebody could recommend this or a cheaper, equally well-built alternative I'm all ears.

Where is your centre speaker going to go. Wouldnt be room on this.

I've measured it up and it fits fine on the top shelf, in front of the TV.
