What wide TV/AV stand would you recommend for my setup?

So I need some opinions, in about a month I'm getting this TV:

My current setup is like this:

So I need to change my tv stand at the minimum, so I was thinking of either one of these:

I would prefer one of these so I don't need to worry about hiding cables between the TV stand and Audio Stand. My only worry on the first one is whether you'll be able to see the power cables/surge protectors in the back. For the first one, I can also hide everything but maybe my Wii/Snes/PS3 on top to the sides of the LCD.

Any other stands you guys could recommend would be great. My price max is $400 and as you can see, I can't mount it to a wall because it has to be infront of my window.

Any recommendations are much appreciated.
