Unusual stand in Harveys

Hi was wondering if anyone has seen anything like this stand I saw in Harveys the furniture store.
Surprisingly original but unsure if it is worth the money as the materials do not seem to be top quality.

i saw that stand on sunday looks good but flimsy.i to dont know how to mount the screen because it doesnt look like it could hold a screen on a bracket.they also do it in red
