Best stand for 42WLT68

I'm getting a 42WLT68 soon as an exchange for a faulty WLT66.

As a bonus i'm also getting a Yamaha 759SE as the new TV costs less than the 66 did.

However as the new amp is a bit more powerful than my old sherwood and I'm concerned at it overheating in my enclosed cabinet. I can take the back off it but I think the time is approaching to get a new AV unit.

I need the shelves to be around 90cm wide to take the amp & DVR side by side. Will also need two shelves for space for the cable box, PS2 & centre speaker.

Any suggestions?

Oh and pricewise not really comfortable going above £150
