Alphason, brilliant customer service!

i've had 2 sets of Alphason speaker stands for a couple of years & one of the fitting brackets got broken recently (hubby being rather too enthusiatic on the Wii ).

i searched in vain on the web over the weekend for a replacement universal bracket, but no good...

i emailed Alphason, asked if they could point me in the right direction & i didn't mind if i had to buy 2 if they only came in sets. they emailed me to double check which type i needed & i've got 2 free brackets in the post today!

i know it's only a small thing, but how absolutely flipping brilliant is that?

that's excellent service. We're in a similar situation in that we purchased a Alphason hi-fi stand about 3-4yrs ago and at the time they did an additional shelf for it, which we thought, nope, don't need it.

Yep, you've guessed it, we now need it and they have stopped making this particular model . I'll email them and see if they can help .
