Argos glass hi fi stand..............opinions?

I've been looking at one of these for( http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Produc...i%2Bstands.htm )a while and was wondering about the followng, will it take the sony 1200es with the following dimensions:W430mm H175mm D430mm?
This weighs 15kg and the stand can take up to 40kg , i presumme thats a combined weight?

Plus i was wondering if the shelves are interchangable i.e can the larger bottom shelf be assembled / used as the top shelf.

Just wondered if anyone has any veiws and opinions etc?

The gaps are normally determined by the order you "attach" the tubes.

Capacity is 50kg.

Hi adonis
It can take a Denon 2807 receiver no problem on the bottom shelf.

Re: Argos glass hi fi stand..............opinions?

Hi Guys,

Can anyone that has this stand let me know what the distance is between the bottom and second from bottom shelf please? Also can you leave a shelf off if you want when setting it all up?

I also need to know what's the actual width between the pillars?

I'm looking for something to put my Onkyo 605 in and not sure it will fit in this stand.
