Denon 3930 suitable for Soundstyle ST100?

Does anyone have an opinion on the suitability of an AV rack to go with the 3930 and a DENON av receiver - the 3806.

I am interested in the Soundstyle ST100.

All that is holding me back from purchasing it, is the depth of 400mm. I know that the receiver is about 430mm and the DVD player about 420mm, would this overhang at the rear pose a problem or would you say that this stand is a good choice for my components?
