Alphason APX50/4 what weight can each glass shelf support?

Hi.

I want a stylish mount for my new Sony TV and PS3. Have decided on the Alphason APX50. Just wondered if anyone has a manual for this, or can tell me what the maximum weight that the glass shelves can hold . Although 4 shelves is fine for now, I may want to stack two units on the same shelf later on.

Can anytone tell me?

25kg it says. Comes with a bloody complicated assembly. I thought it was only going to be in a few pieces.

Is it sturdy on a carpetted floor?
