Glass Door Hinges?

Does anyone know where you can buy hinges for glass doors?

I am about to make a cabinet for my AV units and want to put glass doors/or glass flap on the front, but I can't find any place that sells hinges that fit on glass.

You could try this type where the glass just slots in top and bottom and pivots in a hole, see here
