Help finding Picture Frames

Hi guys I'm hoping someone here can help me. Earlier this year I was bought 3 signed Kevin Smith Movie posters for my birthday, the problem is I've had no luck searching the net & shopping around for poster frames that measure 27 x 40 inches, the closest I've found so far is in ikea but they are 27 x 39 1/4.

Can anyone recommend somewhere fairly cheap that sells frames in the size I need?

That's exactly what I'm after Inzaman thanks a lot. All the ones I'd found on the net were either just too small or big.
