Wall mount for Toshiba 32WLT66 32" TV

hi guys

i have just ordered the Toshiba Pictureframe 32WLT66 32" Widescreen HD ReadyLCD TV and was wondering if any of you's had advice on the best type of wall mount to get for it. the tv will be in my bedroom, if thats any help when advising. also, can anyone tell me what the pedestal stand is like you receive with the tv, as it may have to do in the short term until i get a suitable wall mount.
