Hiya guys, I'm desparate to find a "low" stand for a 37" LCD (Toshiba 37WLT66 ). The current stand is 53cm tall, which puts the top of the telly almost inline with the mantle of the fire, which, according to the missus, is too tall. Thus my need for a lower stand.

Any ideas? any help most gratefully received

Thanks for the info but I'm really looking for a bog standard glass n metal tv stand but around 35 too 45 cm tall - most of them are around 50 to 55 cm tall.

I'm looking for something similar - if you're wanting 2 shelves plus the top shelf for the TV, the best I've come up with is the Stilstand STUK3001. It's 495mm high.

Just Google for suppliers - about £320 is the cheapest I've seen.

If anyone knows of anything in the region of 450mm high, 3 shelves including top, capable of taking two full-width hifi/AV units side by side and with cable management, let me know.

I've searched all over the t'interweb for the same thing, and 450mm is my limit too, and I cant find anything in glass.
I do not have the full size av units to go in it, so am even easier to please.
I have had to opt for a wooden type unit, and there are some decent ones out there....ikea do some good ones, see the massive thread elswhere about how good they are.....i especially like the journalist table with the slung under media units shelves.....good luck with your search, but I fear you may have to go for wood!

I have a Just Racks TV9002 TV Rack for sale on the For Sale Forum.
It has 2 shelves in glass and chrome.

The width is 900cm
The Height is 400cm
The Depth is 520cm.

I have put it together but it has never been used as I decided to use the Cabinet Stand on my Panny rather than the Pedestal.

I bought the 'lack' from ikea to hold my plasma.Only comes in at 35cm high or if you decide to leave the legs off even lower.
