vesa adaptors worth getting? help!

vesa adaptors worth getting? help!

hi, i have a 26" dual lcd tv. the holes are non vesa. is it worth getting a vesa adaptor and then a vesa bracket because i want one with an extandable arm!
the distance between the 2 screw holes across the top
is 340 mm and down the sides the distance is 200mm.
help?
if so where can i get the adaptors. budget is £50.
