Some help please?!?!?

Myself and girlfriend are moving into a new house this Easter weekend - we are looking to buy a Samsung LE32R51BD LCD tv. Now with the house being a new build the wall in the lounge is a plasterboard wall with a breeze block wall behind.

Now can anyone point me in the direction of a suitable mount for this application and/or advise ways of mounting this tv on the wall?? Surely there must be people who live in new properties and have their LCD's on the wall???

Any help would be much appreciated.
