Alphason ADP3/96-S

Any opinions on this stand? I'm in the process of buying a Pioneer PDP436XDE and need to decide whether to buy the pedestal stand or not bother at all and buy this Alphason, whicj looks very neat. Any expereinces of it? Would i be better off getting a regular stand and the pivoting Pioneer stand for the money (I can get a deal on the Pioneer stand). What's the best price anybody's seen?

I have the Piano Black version for my V40 and am well pleased with it.
Solid as a rock and very stylish the only drawback is that you can see some wires hanging out the back which annoys the missus.

Well, the only thing I found annoying about it, was putting it into the damned boxes, but apart from that it is a good solid item, definately worth getting!
