Arca Nuevo 200 Cabinet

I'm getting one of these knocked together using their designs but I'm struggling to find the fawn coloured cloth material they use and also the little gold finger style door handles. Could anyone help me please ?

Here is a pic of the cabinet, you can see the grille cloth and the little handles in the pic.....

would something like speaker grille cloth/fabric do ?
