Partington Super Dreadnought Images

Hi All,

Could you please post some pictures of your Partington Super Dreadnoughts in Black and Silver (Whatever you've got) as the only pictures I can find are the standard ones from Partinton showing the Black version with a small bit of the silver superimposed on it. The picture quality is also poor. I wanted to see some in the flesh before I ordered but my local sevenoaks don't stock them.

If you haven't got pictures could you describe the coulours. i.e Shiny black or matt black. Stainless steel or chrome etc

Many Thanks

Dan

I'd love to see some pics too of Partington equipment as have ordered a Minim AV stand on faith and there's no good pics on the net.

Here's hoping...

Hi Dankeech,
I never got any pictures of the super dreadnoughts, I even tried Partington direct to no avail, so in the end I took the plunge and bought a pair in graphite. They are stunning looking and add some real quality to my Wharfedale Diamond 9.1's. If you want any pictures of them let me know and I will take some and post them.

Cheers

Dplayer, that'd be great if you could. I ended up cancelling the Minim AV rack order as I walked into my local Sevenoaks and one of the guys there was selling his Soundstyle AV Rack there for £100 as a private sale.

I used the spare cash to pay most the cost of an xbox 360.

Still think I'll do the partington route within the next few months. Likely the Minim AV and the Super dreadnaughts. Guessing will be July/August time

Any pics would be great though!

Thanks,

Dan.

I have attached a couple of images for you to see the Superdreadnought stand with Wharfedale diamond 9.1.

They don't show up the colour that well but they give you an idea.

dplayer, they look great. Nice to see pics of them in black too.
They'd go well with the Partington Minim AV rack I now have

Pics - Partington Minim AV Rack

I'd highly recommend the stand. Sheer beauty and strong with it too.
If you're ever in the market for a diff hifi or av rack I'd recommend the minim av (and minim should be same) any day of the week.

I'm pretty sure I'll buy a pair of super dreadnoughts 2nd hand at end of month.

Do they come mass-loaded by the way and also if not can they be?

Dan.

They don't come mass loaded but they can be. I bought some kiln dried sand from B&Q and filled them with that. They supply you with bungs to plug the holes.

dplayer, pretty sure these are now on shopping list for end of month now.

Thanks for the pics, shame they aren't more freely available on the net. I'm sure Partington would make more money if people could see the product first.

Once again, thanks for pics. I'm sold on them

Dplayer, I bought these stands and are happy with them. Only thing is I think I may have recieved mine incomplete from ebay. Mine has no mass-loading, even with top and bottomplates, just welding points

If there's any chance of getting a photo of the underside of a stand it would be really appreciated. It's a lot to ask as means it pain. Don't worry if don't want to upturn your kit at all - you don't have to on my behalf, but if you did it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Dan.
