Smile Downward/Outward folding LCD bracket

I'm about to buy and 20/21" Widescreen LCD for the bedroom, but due to limited space, there's only a couple of places we can hang it from.

One is the ceiling and the other is on the wall parallel to the bed, so will need folding out.

So:

1. Is it possible to hang/fold and LCD down from the ceiling?

2. Where can I buy a bracket that'll fold out?

The only one I've been able to find so far is either:

This - http://www.av-sales.co.uk/proddetail...cat=191&nav=26

or

Any/all suggestions welcome, as I'm a total newbie and have no idea

The second one you linked to looks almost exactly like one I picked up from Asda for £25 a couple of weeks ago. Might be worth a look in your local store.
