Cable Tidy

Having just bought a reduced Alphason AD3/67 LCD PB, I noticed on their page it has a cable tidy.

Does this just mean the cut out in the glass shelves, or is something meant to fit into the shelf gap ?

Also, could this stand be set up without the middle shelf to lower the height ?

TIA

Peter

Just received mine. Disappointed to find it does not have any cable tidys. It is just a cut out in the glass which will show up the cables. I thought you may be able to buy a centre pole to hide them but Alphason say not; there is no cable tidy.

Any ideas?

I've been looking for something all week.

So far all I've found has been the TV advertised stuff (spiral plastic with "zipper" type thing), but it's all 20mm diameter.
I think most people would need the 50mm version, which is nowhere to be seen

Misco also do Spiral cable tidy.
However, it's grey, and comes in 10m lengths.

I seem to remember someone using some sort of hoover hose, but I could be wrong
