| New Member |  Problems With La-z-boy Cool Chair
Hi all  Has anyone had problems with La-z-boy and fault repairs? I bought one last week and it just will not fit together! (You have to install the backrest onto the base). The base is a good 1/4 inch bigger than the backrest rails - which means I can never line up the rails properly. La-z-boy have known about the fault for the past 8 days but still have not bothered to contact me about it and arrange to come and fix it.  Just wondering if anyone else have had issues with them...... Stegboy |
