Help - Stand or wall mount Philips 42 plasma

I have a Philips 42PF9952 which i require a desktop stand or a wall mount.
The usual Philips stand is not compatable as it seems there were 2 versions of this model with the same number but different backs. I have a pic of mine below and would be very grateful if anyone could offer any advice
