Question How do I neatly wire a corner plasma/hi fi stand?

My needs are well matched by a corner plasma stand from Alphason - something like the AD3/105 with the back corners lopped off for corner placement. Has anyone solved the problem of neatly wiring one like this? Ideally you want to do all the 'knitting' with the stand in the middle of the room, then 'wheel' it into the corner and connect the last items there. But no wheels! Do I have to work upside down leaning over the top witth the plasma removed, then add it last, or is there a stand with castors or at least slidey feet?
