False wall Plasma Surround

I need some assistance please. I have bought a new flat where I want to install a plasma screen etc. My wife is a bit of a cable freak and so "none must be in view"!!!
The show flat had a really nice setup with a kind of large panel which fitted to the wall covered in leather and had a whole in the middle for the plasma screen. Cables were hidden behind the panel and went down to the unit below which contained the AV equipment. This got a big thumbs up from the wife!!!
However where do I buy such a wall panel or are they all custom made? Any assistance or advice would be gratefully received.
I have attached a picture from the show flat which hopefully shows what I want to achieve.

Why dont you ask a builder to build a false wall for you, this should not cost more than a couple of hundred quid. Materials would be cheap enough, probably need a couple of peices of 4*2 timber, 8*4 plasterboard sheet, some trunking to run cables through and a plasterer to plaster the job.
Using this size of timber would allow you to cover up the plasma diplay when not in use with a picture hung on the front. If you can get into the ceiling sapce you could run speaker cables for rear speaker across ceiling in to false wall down to AV amp in cabinet either at bottom of false wall or next to it. This is what I'm in the process of doing myself.
