Question Need an AV Stand, Please Help

I currently use two of the smaller Ikea Oppli TV benches (pushed together) to hold my 42" wide screen TV and all the other AV components (DVD player, Receiver, Dish box, & X-Box).
I'm having a terrible time trying to replace the modern looking Ikea stands with something old fashioned/vintage. Does anyone have any suggestions on something similar in size to the large Oppli TV Bench (or two small ones) that is not so modern?
I really prefer something low to the ground, no higher than 15-16 inches.

Thanks for any suggestions!
