Datasafe / RiSafe 150 CD/DVD Electronic Storage Library System

does anyone know were I can get a Discgear that will hold 100 dvds for less than the £50.00 price. I might be intrested in a second hand one at the right price. Has anyone used them and what do you think of them .

Hi

I posted in the thread "DVD Storage" about disc gear products, sorry don’t know were you will get one for less than £50, except maybe from the US site and import one it may work out cheaper with the current exchange rate. I’ve been using these for the last 4-year with over 300 dvd's stored in them and I think their fantastic.

Oh the cd carousels. There are a few of those around all coming under different company names but are the same thing.

I have read they can be very flaky. The dvds get stuck in their too.

I will try and post a link later. This is just peoples comments that have bought one. The datasafe one may be fine.

Have you thought about a media server? I am just about to buy one. You can copy all your dvds to the hard drive and then store your dvds in the loft/garage.
