Hi All

Has anyone else ever ordered a sonus rack?

I ordered one via HiFi Bitz and I'm nearly 3 weeks on and there is no sign of it, I asked for an AV Rack with blue glass.

I just wondered if anyone else has ordered from them and what time it took to get the order.

Yes I had the same trouble when I ordered my Sonus rack from Hifi Bitz, I rang Sonus and spoke to very helpful man who got things moving for me.

Any chance of a name and number? I would like to contact them. Was it a prob with the supplier or the manufacturer that was holding things up?

It was a while ago, cant remember the guys name but I just did a search for Sonus and found the number that way, I was pleasantly surprised how helpful he was, it turned out the problem was with HiFi Bitz they had not ordered my rack when they said they had.

used to stock them, can confirm they were always quick in my experience!

Well I contacted Sonus and was told a completely different story from HiFi Bitz!

Who do you believe?? Chap at Sonus (Tim) said that they supply a warehouse not direct to dealers, the dealer in this case says that Sonus are awaiting blue glass, Sonus laughed and said that was not the case.

I will follow this up today when business is open.

I am a little dissapointed! Just want the rack, I've even added it to my sig!

I ordered a 1350Av Elite by Sonus from Musical Approach in Stafford and they arranged for Sonus to deliver it direct to my house in less than a week .... fantastic service from both !
