Sliding / rotating TV

Hi

I've got a 26" widescreen (old fashioned CRT) Tv.
We're having some built in alcove cupbards built by a carpenter and want to be able to hide the TV in one of the cupboards and then pull it out (maybe about a foot) and roatate it about 45 degrees

The carpenter says he's seen pre-made steel brackets that achieve this and he'll then mount the bracket in a cupboard or onto the back wall

The problem - I can't find a bracket anything like this (neither can the carpenter) anywhere!

Does anyone know where i can get one?

If not - can anyone think of an alternative approach (I was thinking drawer runners under a sheet of MDF and then a sort of turntable on top . But I'm worried about weight!)

thanks for any help
