180-200cm TV Cabinet where?

Hello,

I am at wits end trying to find something that falls into the 180-200cm range without having to spend silly money.
My criteria is simple, wood finish preferably walnut / wenge colour, depth 45cm + and height 30cm +.

Needs to be able to handle either Onkyo SR608 or Denon 1911 (still undecided), Wharfedale Diamond 10.CC Centre speaker and pair of Diamond 10.0 front speakers, Sky HD, Wii, Bluray

I have also considered looking at 2 x 100cm units combined but even for something like this I am struggling and end up with 2x120cm units.

Please help, my budget can stretch to £500 but would prefer to keep it at £400.

If you don't mind a bit of DIY then you could look at the Ikea Besta cabinets. They come in various heights and widths and can be combined with drawers or doors.

If they were 1m in width I would just put two of these together but they are 1.2m and I wouldn't be able to get two of these between the chimney breasts

What about the cabinets that are 60cm wide?

Just looking at those but the depth is only 40cm which won't work.
I am going to put together a Visio diagram and see how I can make this work. Let me get back to you all.

Hi Imranuk

Perhaps these units may help:

Solid Wooden TV Bench Stand Collection from us here at Solid Wood Interiors | Hi Fi Tv Cabinets | Collection of living room furniture | Tables and Chairs pine | Wooden TV stands in dark wood

Hope this helps

Paul,

I've just noticed your website says a 'dark brown wax' finish is available, have you got a picture of this finish please?
I am looking at Reference Wood TV AV Bench Stand

Cheers

I have one of these:

Alphason | Finewoods Series - Model: FW1350-W/B

The TV I have wall mounted above so I get the space in the stand as well as space on top for 2 items, housing my cinema set up and my hi-fi separates.

Hi,

How about going for an 1100mm unit and an 800mm unit:

Alphason - AMBRI ABR1100-W | Walnut LCD TV Cabinet | BIG AV

+

Alphason - AMBRI ABR800-W | Walnut LCD TV Cabinet Unit | BIG AV

Don't know if was what you are looking for but it is within the size limits you were looking for and for both units it is still within your budget.

Thanks
