child proof lockable cabinet?

i have pretty much searched high and low for an av cabinet that is lockable, will keep my 13 month old from getting at my devices and will store a ps3, x360, denon 2309 amp, wii, V+ box and an htpc. the biggest hurdle i have is my budget which is around £100 mark

Unfortunately I don not think there is anything on the market within your budget, the best one is this Alphason cabinet, if you do find anything please let us know.
