Floating wall lcd stand

I really liked the idea of the floating wall builds found in the DIY forum, but unfortunately I rent my house so major construction is not an option.

Benefit of this is that the back is not attached to the wall but to the base unit.

Has anyone had any experience with dealing with them or do you know of other companies that have similar products?
