Who can custom make a shelf?

Hello.

I have a problem with mounting my projector. The only place it can go is above a window. Problem is at that height the pj image becomes too high.
So I need a shelf that will have its mounting screws in the wall above the window, but the shelf itself will hang down a little iin front of the window so that my image is ok

It obviously needs to be strong as the pj weighs over 10kg and look good.

Any suggestions who could make something like this for me?

Maybe a wall projector mount would do the job, something like this:
