Can you help please.

i am missing some parts of the menu so i can adjust them, the sound playback just seems to be at one volume level all the time as if midnight mode is on but its not, the parts i can not find in the menu are dynamic range control the effects level and dynamic compression, hope fully with these tweaked the amp should wake up,

You will get more joy in the AV Receivers forum (ask a mod to move it) but in the meantime, have you downloaded Batpig's guide? It might help you locate the menu setting.
