Factory reset on a Primare SP31.7?

Not as easy as the title suggests.

I have a secondhand Primare SP31.7. The previous owner has disabled the video output - so no onscreen menus and the IR remote has also been disabled. I got it through a dealer.

Is there a way to factory reset the SP31.7 from some physical button combination?

I've asked a few dealers and they all suggested speaking to the distributer on Monday.

I have the same problem with my Primare SP31.7 and need to do factory reset without using the menu which i cannot get into.
You sorted yours out ! Please how did you do it.....can you remember ?
