Any Surround processor with audio only?

I was looking for an upgrade for my surround AV receiver, and thought of going the processor + power amps route.

As I reckon that I never use the video inputs/outputs from my amplifier, maybe I could use an audio only surround processor, i.e., without any video circuitry.

Is there any processor of that kind?

Movie fan - There is a few processors that will omit video processing and 1 is the Meridian G68J it has both Anologue and Digital audio inputs and is great for both Movies and Music and i would highly recommend it, it costs £3650 and is definitly worth haveing alook at...

One more question: do you know if any of those processors would integrate well enough with Vincent power amps, namely the SP996 and SP997 monoblocs?
