Recommendations for new AV Receiver

OK - I've got myself a new LCD diaplay (LG M3700C - 37 inch LCD) and I'm looking to put my AV inputs into the display via an AV receiver.

To drive the screen to the best quality I have a choice Component inputs, HD15 pin RGB or S-Video - So the AV reciever will need to output what ever is best.

I need to connect my Sky+ box - S-video or Scart and my DVD player S-Video or Scart (RGB).

What would be a good AV reciever in the £150 to £250 bracket?
